The Local Health System Integration Act requires LHINs to prepare an Annual Report to the Minister who tables them in the Ontario Legislature.
Sometimes the review process before the annual reports can be tabled takes a little longer than expected. Various branches (such as finance, legal and the LHIN Liaison Branch) within the ministry are responsible for reviewing the Annual Reports from all 14 LHINs.
NOTE: The 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 Annual Reports have not been tabled in the Legislature; therefore, we are unable to post them. Below are the Audited Financial Statements.
We are pleased to share the below WWLHIN Annual Reports with our communities:
We are proud of the progress made to improve our health system as demonstrated through the stories told and statistics shared in this Community Report. These accomplishments wouldn’t be possible without the commitment to improve and incredible efforts of our 74 health service providers and the more than 37,000 health care workers in our community. Thank you for everything you do each and every day for our residents.
Most importantly, thank you to our residents for helping us to understand the changes needed and for sharing stories of how our progress has improved the lives of your families, friends, and neighbours across Waterloo Wellington.
