Patient Engagement

Making it easy for residents to be healthy, and to get the care and support they need starts with the patient experience. It means listening, learning and being relentless on making improvements in our health system for patients, families and caregivers. The following is a list of tools, resources and links intended to support health service providers in patient engagement.

We want to hear about what you as a health service provider are doing as well.  If you know a patient engagement resource we should consider posting please send it to communications.ww@lhins.on.ca.

For more information on patient engagement at the Waterloo Wellington LHIN, or to learn more about the work of our Patient and Family Advisory Committee, please contact Jenny Flagler-George at Jenny.FlaglerGeorge@lhins.on.ca.
